Distressed Home Options provides free consultations and referrals for homeowners in distressed property situations. We provide information and introductions. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or real estate brokerage services, and we are not a HUD-approved housing counseling agency.

No professional advice

Referrals

When we refer you to a professional, that professional is independent of us. We do not control their work, their fees, or their advice, and we are not responsible for the services they provide. You decide whether to engage anyone we introduce you to.

No guarantees

We cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that a lender will approve anything, that a property will sell, or that foreclosure will be avoided.
